Warranty terms

The warranty is related only to the products sold by the Seller. The period of the warranty depends on the factory. The Buyer can exercise the warranty right with the documents: commercial invoice, warranty card and in case of electronic devices it is necessary the invoice from car mechanics & repairs (or the company which made the installation).  The warranty conditions are regulated by decree (Hungarian Civil Code and 49/2003. (VII.30.) GKM decree). The products sent by the Seller should be checked within 3 days when the Buyer received the goods. If there is problem, write letter to the Seller. If the Seller doesn’t get any comments, that means the Buyer is satisfied with the product.  If the Buyer send a well-grounded complaint in time, the Seller will consider whether to repair it or change the product within an appropriate time (at latest after receive the complaint within 60 workdays). The warranty doesn’t relate to an impropriate use, installation made by the Buyer (or other third partner) and damage caused by other environmental factors, humidity, heat or cold. The Buyer is aware of these risks and consequences. The Seller is responsible only for the factory faults.

You can send back the products by post or other courier or you can bring personally to the S.M.Power Ltd. address (1138 Budapest, Karikás Frigyes str. 11.)

Take into consideration, please, that the Buyer has to return the product at his own expenses!
